User personas for FACEBOOK

This is exactly what I was hoping to see!!!

It’s great that you took the initiative to research real user feedback from the App Store. When we don’t have the time or resources for direct user interviews or surveys, pulling insights from existing reviews is a smart and efficient approach.

I really appreciate that these personas are built around actual user concerns, it makes them feel relevant and actionable. The way you structured the information is clear and easy to scan, with bullet points that get straight to the point without being overwhelming.

The only thing I’d suggest is refining the visual presentation of the personas. While the research and UX side of things is spot on, a more polished design could make the personas even more engaging and digestible.
