This project showcases a comprehensive facilitation plan for a design workshop focused on prioritizing new product features within a cross-functional team. The workshop was designed for “Taskflow”, a responsive project management platform, and targets feature evaluation, strategic alignment, and roadmap planning for upcoming quarters.

The presentation includes a clear agenda, activity breakdowns, prioritization frameworks (ICE), and post-workshop deliverables. It also highlights collaboration tools (FigJam, Notion, Zoom) and roles within the team. The goal was to transform a large pool of design ideas into a focused, strategic product roadmap using inclusive and data-driven decision-making.

Great job on the Prioritizing New Features for TaskFlow case! The framework you used to assess and prioritize features feels clear and strategic. Love how you considered both user needs and business impact. Maybe visualizing the priority matrix or adding quick mockups could enhance clarity—but overall, a smart and well-thought-out approach! ✅🧩

Eugeniu, your workshop plan is super clear and strategic 👏

Amazing work!

Your document spreads a clean structure with clear goal to clarify the prioritization of new features for TaskFlow. You briefly states the needs, goals, processes and target of the the prioritization. Your list of participants are inclusive: designer, stakeholder, PM and developer.

Would be greater to see some actual contents of the case: what feature(s) have been presented before and selected afterwards. Participants voices are also brilliant to share. Last but not least, some rough sketches of the selected feature(s) would be good to be included as well for ease of further communications.

Great
