Your app concept is awesome, and I love the neat process and presentation. The features are really cool, especially the option to join the waitlist for a nearby charging station.
Here are a few suggestions for improvement:
- You mentioned using the design thinking process, but it would be great if you could explain it in more detail. How did you ideate? What user research was done? How did you test your ideas? Providing more context here would strengthen your rationale.
- I'd love to see more detail on certain screens. For example, what happens when you join a charging station waitlist? Does the app tell you what time to reach and how long it will take to charge? How do users leave a waitlist? Can they pay through the app?
- The "Online Waitlist" CTA could be clearer. Something like "Join the Waitlist" might be more straightforward. Also, I'm not sure what the "Scan" button does — clarifying its function would be helpful.
