Hi Justin, thank you for submssion! I like how you explored the Z-pattern for your content structure, however there's room for improvement:

Use a simple version of the logo and make it smaller on the corner left, the text on the header banner is also too big, try to create some hierarchy by breaking the text in smaller types and making use of text eyebrows.

Be consistent on your copy and make use of the 1st person when talking about your company on the "Who We Are" section (evaluate if you need a page for that), always make a CTA leading to the "contact" section.

Make more use of breathing area between the sections and the icons, soften the shadow on the icons, review hierarchy on the "Service" text.

"Contact" page can be a section in the homepage instead and you could create a main CTA in the header banner to lead to this contact section to improve conversion.
