Improving Booking Conversion on Hopper’s Home Feed
Hopper’s Home feed plays a key role in helping users discover travel options and move toward booking.
However, the experience contains content inconsistencies, unclear labels, and competing modules that create cognitive friction and slow users down during discovery.
Through a content audit of the Home feed, I identified opportunities to improve clarity, consistency, and information hierarchy, and translated those insights into prioritized recommendations and a design proposal aimed at helping users move faster from discovery to booking.
