Great work!!
This project demonstrates strong structure and thoughtful organization. The workshop plan is clearly framed with a concise purpose, defined audience, and well-outlined flow—from problem framing through to prioritized outputs. The structure shows an understanding of both UX process and facilitation logic, which makes it easy for readers to follow.
From a UX standpoint, the approach to evidence-led prioritization and inclusion of frameworks like RICE and ICE + Fit is well-considered. It reflects practical application of design strategy in a team setting, focusing on outcomes that drive alignment and measurable progress. The defined deliverables, such as MVP briefs and decision logs, indicate a realistic scope for team workshops.
Presentation-wise, the visual consistency and tone feel professional and minimal. The gradient cover adds personality without distracting from the content. However, readability could be slightly improved with better section spacing and visual hierarchy in text-heavy parts.
One area that could be improved is clarity on workshop duration and next steps. Stating how long the session is expected to take and what happens after the workshop would help connect strategy to execution and set clearer expectations for stakeholders.
Overall, it’s a polished, credible plan that captures both process rigor and creative intent effectively.
Hey Dara, I really love the way you've broken this project down. The presentation is clean and it clearly show the agenda and next steps. Good job! :)
Dara, I think this design workshop plan is really nice and insightful. I learned something in this workshop plan. I loved the post-workshop plan; it's really clear. If you want to make this your portfolio, I think you can share your real-life experience of implementing this workshop, maybe in your company, and share the impact; it will be interesting. Keep it up!
Well done Dara! Good choice of exercises, clear agenda, and actionable deliverables. I appreciate the rules you've set out and how you defined what is in scope but I would also add what is out of scope. One last thing I would do is to include at least one other member for groups outside of design such as engineering for an outside perspective on design feasibility for example.
Dara, I really liked the way you presented your work!
