Design Workshop: Enhancing Customization in a Fashion E-commerce Website
A half-day design workshop for Aura, a modern fashion e-commerce platform, aimed at identifying and prioritizing customization opportunities that make online clothing shopping more personal and confident. Through collaborative activities with designers, stakeholders, and users, the workshop focuses on uncovering key decision-making challenges and selecting the most impactful customization features aligned with user needs, business goals, and Aura’s minimal brand experience.

Very clean plan. Good job. Waiting for your next great project
This is a really good start! A couple things I noticed is that when it comes to displaying the workshop schedule the first time, the text is extremely small and hard to read. You would want it to be a lot cleaner and more organized in a professional workshop deck.
Also, I worry that there is too much packed into the schedule. There are too many goals and activities in a short timespan without clarity on breaks.
I also don't think you need to include the target audience in this deck either.
Keep going!
Excellent workshop concept, Nada! You've tackled design leadership—planning a collaborative workshop for Aura. Shows maturity. Here's my feedback:
Strengths:
•Strategic scope: Half-day workshop with clear objectives (identify, prioritize, select features)
•Stakeholder alignment: Designers, stakeholders, users
•Real client context: Aura's brand and business goals integrated
•Comprehensive structure: Overview, objectives, trends, timeline, agenda
•Professional design: Dark theme, illustrations, clean hierarchy
Critical Gaps (Mindy Flagged All):
- Schedule Readability — Mindy: "Text extremely small." Professional decks need large, scannable text
- Pacing/Timing Clarity — Mindy: "Too much packed without breaks." Show: activity, duration, breaks, notes
- Target Audience Inclusion — Mindy: Remove target audience slide. Internal context, not part of the deck
- Placeholder Content — Google Slides shows Lorem ipsum. Template, not finished. Replace placeholders: market trends, opportunities, user insights
- Missing Facilitation Details — No: facilitator guide, prompts, framework, criteria, deliverables. How measure success?
- No User Research Foundation — What research-informed customization opportunities? Show the data
Strategic Questions:
- How facilitate stakeholder decision-making?
- Post-workshop deliverable (prioritized features, design specs)?
- Handle disagreement or scope creep?
- Success metric (adoption, satisfaction, impact)?
- Follow-up plan: outputs to roadmap?
Overall: Strong concept and structure. You understand workshop fundamentals. Mindy is right: "Really good start!" Professional decks need polish, clarity, and real content. Feels like a template waiting for execution.
Next: Replace Lorem ipsum, fix readability, add facilitator guide, clarify timing/breaks, remove target audience, and add post-workshop plan. You're at 65% of a professional deck.
