Dashboard Design for Health Platform

Hi everyone! I'm Coraline and this is my design for a fiction mobile health platform. The information below is the steps and my approach to finishing this design brief. Hope to gain valuable feedback from you.

The most common health metrics include heart rate, breathing rate, body composition, and other metrics that could be customized based on users' needs.

Since there are numerous kinds of metrics to track I decided to break them into small groups: Heart Rate, Sleep, and Nutrition based on my research on Reddit about which health metrics are most important to users. Of course, users can always customize applications to display due to their favor.

Instead of complex graphs, I try to demonstrate the data in relevant and easy-to-read variants. Which does not require professional knowledge to understand the insights. For more in-depth information, the users can go to the dashboard screen.
