Goal
To create a user-friendly, filterable dashboard that helps users easily search for and review key project achievements, including owner, duration, and impact across departments.
Design Decisions & Rationale

- Filtering & Search Options: Users can filter by year, project type, and keywords, supporting efficient data retrieval.
- Card Format: Each project is presented as a clean, modular card showing critical information like project owner, summary, business impact, and timeline.
- Scalability: The design accommodates future growth in data without compromising usability.
- Consistency: Follows a clean UI system that aligns with usability heuristics and component reusability.
Business Impact
This dashboard enhances transparency and collaboration by giving stakeholders a holistic view of project achievements. It supports performance reviews, strategic planning, and knowledge sharing across departments.

There's a bit of a mismatch between the project brief (wireframe for video streaming) and the actual project posted (achievements project dashboard) 😅 Regardless, the project itself is solid. I'd also say it's pretty straightforward, notably for stakeholders to see a holistic view of all the ongoing projects: clear visual hierarchy, visible start and end dates, and a department tag “IT”(?).
I'd suggest that even though it's only a mockup, it would be great if you could make it as close to the real thing as possible, with project card variations and not just duplicating the cards while only changing the project name ✌️
