Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and user-focused Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and adoption of Adobe Analytics and FullStory within our organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring these tools deliver maximum business value by understanding user needs, optimizing usage, and driving continued investment.

KeyBank is currently migrating from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). This transition (affectionately known as the Web SDK project) is on-track to be completed by Q3 2026. While Adobe Analytics and CJA share similarities, there are differences in their capabilities

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams, ensuring that both platforms fulfill their intended purposes and evolve to meet future requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Engagement & Insights
    • Partner with internal users to understand how Adobe Analytics and FullStory are utilized.
    • Identify pain points, gaps, and opportunities for enhanced usage.
    • Gather feedback to inform product improvements and justify ongoing investments.
  • Strategic Roadmap & Planning
    • Collaborate with KTOS and other stakeholders to define the roadmap for both tools.
    • Plan future releases and enhancements aligned with business objectives.
    • Ensure prioritization of features that deliver measurable impact.
  • Business Value & Investment
    • Develop business cases for continued investment in Adobe Analytics and FullStory.
    • Track and report on ROI, adoption metrics, and performance outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with engineering, data teams, and vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration.
    • Coordinate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to maximize tool capabilities.
  • Governance & Best Practices
    • Establish usage guidelines, training materials, and best practices for both platforms.
    • Monitor compliance and ensure data integrity across analytics workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in product management, digital analytics, or related roles.
    • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and/or FullStory strongly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Preferred Attributes:

  • Familiarity with customer experience analytics and digital optimization strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption and ROI for enterprise tools.
  • Comfortable working in agile environments and managing multiple priorities.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $94,000.00 - $175,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
