We are seeking a Product Manager, Growth & Community to lead user engagement, community management, growth strategies, and content marketing initiatives in the US market. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing a loyal user base, driving sustainable growth, and shaping content strategies that resonate with local audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Leading user engagement and campaigns by designing promotions, contests, loyalty programs, and community initiatives that increase activation and retention.
  • Building and scaling vertical communities (interest-based, demographic, or behavioral) to foster participation, strengthen trust, and deepen user connections.
  • Developing and executing growth strategies including referrals, onboarding optimization, and conversion improvements to drive acquisition and lifetime value.
  • Creating and overseeing localized content programs (e.g., newsletters, editorial calendars, social campaigns) that resonate with US audiences and support growth.
  • Managing community operations including moderation standards, trust & safety processes, and user feedback loops to ensure healthy, inclusive spaces.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and marketing to align community insights with product improvements and feature adoption.
  • Analyzing and optimizing performance by tracking engagement metrics (DAU/MAU, conversion, retention) and applying insights to refine strategies.
  • Planning and hosting events (virtual and in-person) to strengthen relationships, spotlight community advocates, and increase visibility for Zoom Docs.

What we’re looking for

  • Bring 3–5+ years of experience in community management, growth, content strategy, or user engagement, ideally within technology or SaaS.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • Demonstrate success in scaling communities, driving growth, or managing trust & safety operations for large or niche audiences.
  • Show expertise in content creation, editorial planning, and community storytelling that drives engagement.
  • Apply data literacy with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to inform decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and projects.
  • Bring curiosity and adaptability with a passion for community, technology, and innovation.
