Lifted is the first talent, country, and contract-agnostic contingent workforce management solution, giving enterprises a unified way to source, contract, manage, and pay any type of contingent talent, anywhere in the world. Today, contingent work runs through fragmented systems and providers, creating inefficiency, compliance risks, and limited visibility. We’re here to change that. By combining technology and global services into one seamless solution, we help enterprises hire faster, operate with confidence, and gain live visibility across all external talent.

One solution. Global. Compliant. Seamless. Learn more at go-lifted.com and follow us on LinkedIn.

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager who can move fast from idea to execution, not just defining what to build, but helping build it. You’ll operate across the full product lifecycle: identifying problems, validating hypotheses, prototyping solutions, partnering with engineering and other functions, and scaling what works.

This is not a “strategy and slides” role. It’s a builder-operator role. Part product manager, part systems thinker. You’ll balance scrappy experimentation with structured product management, and you’ll have the freedom to move fast where it matters. Your work will directly impact how Lifted delivers for global enterprise clients, improving speed, quality, and scalability across every program we operate.

What You’ll Do

  • Turn business pain points into working systems and own the problem. Partner with operations, client success, and tech teams to run discovery, define requirements, test hypotheses, and iterate fast. You don’t wait for someone to hand you a spec.
  • Prototype, test, and validate. Build MVPs using no-code tools, APIs, or LLMs to quickly test ideas before committing to large builds.
  • Work with leadership on turning company strategy into product priorities. Translate high-level goals to what actually gets built and shipped.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap. Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and alignment with Lifted’s business and platform strategy.
  • Collaborate deeply with engineering, solutions, and client- & talent-facing teams. Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
  • Identify and automate repetitive workflows to increase efficiency and reduce error. Use tools, integrations, and AI/LLM-powered solutions to replace repetitive workflows.
  • Measure outcomes and learn fast. Define success metrics, validate ROI, analyze data, and use feedback loops to iterate continuously.
  • Shape a cohesive product strategy. Influence cross-functional priorities by translating business objectives into product objectives, clear success metrics, and data-informed decisions.
  • Communicate with clarity. Drive alignment across stakeholders through crisp documentation, storytelling, and transparency around trade-offs and progress.
  • Advocate for the user. Ensure that solutions are intuitive, efficient, and designed for the realities of enterprise-scale clients.
  • Build repeatable playbooks. Document what works and turn prototypes into scalable Lifted capabilities.

What You’ll Bring

  • A builder’s mindset. You thrive on taking messy, manual processes and turning them into clean, scalable systems.
  • 4+ years in product, operations, or systems design roles where you shipped products, ideally in Enterprise B2B marketplaces, HRTech, Enterprise SaaS
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, APIs, automation platforms, and/or no-code environments.
  • High comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. Startup background is a plus.
  • A strategic mindset — you connect product decisions to business outcomes and understand how to prioritize for scale and sustainability.
  • A strong product toolkit — you know how to gather requirements, prioritize ruthlessly, run discovery, and measure impact.
  • Strong product sense and user empathy. You know how to find the signal in messy feedback.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You can bring clarity to chaos and alignment to diverse teams.
  • Most importantly: a bias toward action and a low ego, high-ownership mentality. You care about shipping impact, not optics.

Lift Your Career. Shape the Future of Work.

Our Mission: Unify contingent work. Elevate how it gets done. This isn’t just a promise to clients, it’s how we work at Lifted. Every feature we build, every client interaction we have, and every team decision we make is a chance to reduce fragmentation and set a new standard for efficiency, quality, and impact. We’re not just building technology, we’re building the new standard for how enterprise companies engage talent.

This is the right place for you if you are motivated by ambitious goals, ready to do what it takes to win, boldly curious in asking questions and exploring better ways forward, and dedicated to following through on your commitments. You’ll thrive here if you raise the bar for yourself and others, collaborate across teams, and help others succeed so we can achieve our shared mission.

This may not be the right place for you if you’re uncomfortable with constructive feedback, prefer rigid structure, shy away from high expectations and accountability, or find it difficult to adapt in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

We operate with the agility of a startup and the impact of a global enterprise. Our values — trust, innovation, curiosity, excellence, and ownership — guide how we work and fuel the culture we’re building together. And while our mission is big, growth here is both company-wide and personal, creating opportunities to learn fast, take ownership, and build a career that helps shape the future of work.

We’re proud to offer benefits that go beyond the basics, including comprehensive medical coverage for you and your family, unlimited PTO, a 401(k) plan with matching, and 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
