Lotte Moreels

Hi there! I am Lotte Moreels, a Service Designer at Deloitte Digital since September 2023. My experience spans the public and private sectors, where I've engaged in service design, UX, and functional analysis. Before joining Deloitte Digital, I interned at both Deloitte and Gelotology, where I focused on user research, creating personas, mapping user journeys, and usability testing. I am proficient in Figjam, Miro, and Figma. My approach is human-centered, always prioritizing user needs and ensuring they are at the heart of every design decision.
