Nikolay Ralyakov

I'm a Project Manager with a strong UX mindset, combining Gen Z speed and curiosity with systems thinking and customer-centric execution. I work at the intersection of project management, product development, and operations, having participated as key benefactor in global product launches and scaling. My experience leading up to this role includes people leadership, having built self-organizing teams and processes (operational value streams) by scratch.

My current focus is Lean-Agile Product Development, in pursuit of which I've attained the status of a certified SAFe® 6 Agilist and SAFe® 6 AI-Empowered Product Owner/Product Manager.
