Assigned to the onboarding team, my goal is to ideate and design the onboarding process for new and existing customers. Efficiently communicating throughout the entire process who we are, what services and products do we offer, and how we stand out from our competitors. Designing an easy-to-use, friendly and intuitive interface aligned with the organization's interests.

At communication processes, created the FAQ, “How it works“, “Sell with Geeky“ and “Buy with Geeky“ sections from scratch. Contributed to the entire platform redesign, mainly at the UI level. Contributed to the “Bids and Offers“ feature.
