I'm Valeria, a jr UX Designer with a strong background in customer service and operations.

🗝️ My experience in hospitality, education and consulting has equipped me with a diverse set of skills, including empathy, problem-solving and a keen understanding of user needs. I've applied these skills to craft products from early concept to final launch.

📖 My path to design was unconventional. After earning a degree in Tourism and working in the "Human and Environmental Studies" lab at IULM University, I spent time abroad in Ireland and Switzerland, working in customer service and operations.

🧩 When I discovered UX Design, it felt like a perfect fit.

💚 Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my kids and family, pursuing my passion for continuous learning and creating fresh and functional living spaces.
