Project Introduction: Redefining Video Streaming Usability

As part of the design team, I'm excited to introduce our project focused on reimagining the user experience for our video streaming service. Our goal is to enhance usability and differentiate ourselves through innovative features.

A key differentiator is our AI Helper. This feature revolutionizes content discovery by enabling users to find movies or shows using fragmented memories, moving beyond traditional keyword searches. Imagine recalling just an OST snippet, a character's name, a line of dialogue, or even a language spoken in a scene – the AI Helper can find it.

Presented as an intuitive chatbot, it offers a conversational search experience. This unique approach solves the common "what was that movie?" dilemma, making discovery highly engaging and empathetic. By reconnecting users with content based on vague recollections, the AI Helper significantly enhances usability and positions our service as the ultimate destination for effortless, personalized entertainment.
