Project Overview: The objective of this project was to enhance the user experience on the Wayfair website by identifying and addressing usability issues. - Selected 12 participants with varying levels of familiarity with Wayfair.

- Both remote and in-person sessions were conducted.
- Participants performed tasks while their interactions were observed and recorded.
- Analyzing Data:
- Quantitative data: task completion rate (83%), error rate (17%).
- Qualitative data: feedback on navigation, error messages, filter complexity, and product reviews.
- Identifying Issues:
- Navigation was not intuitive.
- Error messages lacked clarity.
- Filter options were complex.
- Users wanted more detailed product reviews.
- Developing Recommendations:
- Simplify navigation structure.
- Improve error messages to be clearer.
- Make filter options more user-friendly.
- Encourage customers to leave detailed reviews.
