User Persona - Studio17
This persona was developed based on surveys conducted among Instagram users. It was created for the website of a tattoo and piercing studio. This persona helped me understand the goals and pain points of the studio's clients. Based on this persona, I also created a user journey map and an empathy map. These artifacts served as the foundation for the studio's website
