The tone and language for the push notification are well-identified! Well done here.
What the message could benefit from is trimming excessive words (such as 'oops' or the entire sentence apologizing), as they don't add much meaning. Remember, users scan rather than read thoroughly. They want to quickly understand the issue, its reason, and how to solve it.
The button leading to the main collection is an interesting approach, but for users disappointed by a late delivery notification, it might seem a bit presumptuous to assume they're in the mood for more shopping. Offering them an option to track their package or at least redirecting them to the app for more details seems like a more thoughtful choice.
I really like your microcopy! To be perfectly honest, this is the microcopy which I would certainly remember for a while. A pitch of humor has won my heart - great job!
Not bad
