I would suggest including a link to the Kri-Shop app, either to the website or an App Store download link, so readers can get familiar with the app. For the 'Inefficient Product Addition Flow,' consider illustrating the flow with lines and arrows instead of the red rectangle to better show navigation. Great work on presenting the Contrast Checker slide; it would be helpful to indicate which screen you used to check the contrast.
