IRONMAN- real-time tracking
I chose to conduct a heuristic evaluation of the Ironman app because, a month ago, I participated in an Ironman race and used the real-time tracking app. While I appreciated its functionality, my experience wasn’t entirely smooth, as I often felt confused about where to find the information I needed. This prompted me to assess the app’s usability and identify ways to improve the overall user experience.
