Heuristic UX Audit — TransCore Web Platform
As a volunteer UI/UX designer, I conducted a heuristic evaluation of the TransCore platform — an educational website designed for transgender individuals in Romania, as well as their families, doctors, lawyers, and psychologists. The goal was to assess the platform's usability based on Jakob Nielsen’s 10 heuristics and identify areas for improvement to enhance accessibility, clarity, and user engagement. My focus included the need for a contact form, clearer navigation, simplified content structure, and improved user feedback during interactions.
