Design Sprint for FinTech App

I had conducted this design sprint for a research-based Financial Application, where three other UI/UX designers participated along with a visual designer. The sprint spanned five days, though the project required two sprints due to the scope, complexity, and timeline. Days 1 and 2 were dedicated to identifying key problems, gathering insights, and exploring potential solutions.

From Day-3, we started catering persona, user behavior, pain-points and other related method to create a proper user journey map.

This design sprint was highly transparent and involved close collaboration with stakeholders, with regular check-ins to gather their feedback and validation. By Day 4, we had defined all relevant features and prioritized them based on effectiveness, user needs, and project goals. Once the blueprint was finalized, we moved into developing low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs.
