Nice work, Ham Che!
Realistically, there will be specific rules and guidelines on how to implement the design, but since we're only talking about colors here, it's enough to visualize the idea.
One thing to keep in mind from me is the accent color (pills button, beverages category). Usually, it'll be a bit dimmer in dark mode, but I didn't see it changing. Unless it is intended for UGC contents (menu images and categories), probably you can't do much with the color.
