Most Pet hotel website's booking process in Alberta,CA is for the client to call the facility, and ask for the availability of the rooms if ever the room is available on the desired date the call takes longer as they will take the pet details while on the phone call. After that are the add-on services to go with the pet stay. Although, according to most pet hotels there rooms are almost always available and that process right now works for them.
