Concert event - Landing page
I'm currently working on my portfolio while also challenging myself to move beyond my traditional design. My goal is to create an immersive, colorful, bold, and inviting experience inspired by the energy of a music festival.
Looking forward to your perspective and valuable feedback!

Thank you for finally giving me access to the Figma file since its initiation back in March 2025 😆 Psychedelic!
Given that you mention your goal is to create an immersive, colorful, bold, and inviting experience, let's walk it through!
Immersive, colorful, and inviting: 100%
The energy from this music festival really spreads across the whole page. With its chosen colors, typography, and authentic imagery, I can feel it, I’m fired up!
Bold: 60%
Hold up, imma stop you right here. For the type placement, yes, even the unique display Felady presence feels bold, but why stop there? Why would you treat the menu with Lato Regular 400 Weight at 22px? This is one of the most important elements in a website. People shouldn’t miss it (not that they will, hehe), but you could increase the boldness in other text too, especially the menu.
“The concert you can’t miss!” and then the second heading replies, “oh, they will if you treat me like this 🙄.” Every element is in character, wearing its best costume and dress, but not Lato Regular 400 Weight at 74px (the menu’s big sis). Considering this is also supposed to grab attention from users, I think it wouldn’t hurt to introduce another typeface specifically for this. That way you’d have Felady, Lato, and [your third choice here].
The body text, which is similar to the menu at 22px, looks tiny compared with its surroundings. It’s like Lato 22px was given a compact stage in the corner among all the performers.
So there’s:
James Taylor, Echo Drift, Kerri Craig, Lily Moore, Seraphic Sound, Marly Smith, Astral Reign, Jimi Troxler, Radiant Flux, Cosmic Mirage, DJ Nightfall, Midnight Orbit, Stellar Aura, Almira Diaz, Apashe, Yellow Mix, Victor Sans, DJ Skyward Pulse, Aurora Dream, Isadora Wolf … ________________________ and ______ ᴸᵃᵗᵒ ²²ᵖˣ
Can you imagine how Lato 22px feels? But don’t worry, it’s an honest mishap we can fix. Tune this up, crank up the volume (read: font size), and they’ll all be singing together in harmony.
*No Lato were harmed during this review ✌️
