About the Project

This project focused on a big retail company in Ukraine that supplies professional hair cosmetics to beauty salons.

Challenge

The primary objective and challenge was to solve the company's work management issues by creating a system with a user-centered design that was both intuitive and flexible.

Solution

As a result, the final product—a web application—effectively addressed issues such as the need for a single platform to manage tasks, the ability to sort clients by various criteria, and the facilitation of client feedback. This helped users work more efficiently with fewer distractions, ultimately leading to an increase in sales.

WOW! What a treat! Looks amazing! 🤩👏

I think something has happened to your title & subtitle at the linked address of the project because for me it says: "Case study title

Add a subtitle that captures the essence of the project". Easy to fix!

Consider a brief impactful summary, explaining how the project improves user experience and solves a business problem.

I would try to structure it more down the lines of the "STAR method" (Situation, Task, Action & Result). So move up 'My role', 'Duration', 'Team'. And use a storytelling that conveys to all the different stakeholders within the recruitment process; such as 1. recruiter, 2. UX Manager / Product Owner, 3. Lead UX Designer/Researcher.

Discovery Phase; Add more storytelling elements—why was this process important for uncovering the problem? What key insights drove design decisions during this phase?

Provide insights into the design system or guidelines used. Were there any accessibility considerations, branding constraints, or unique design elements that solved a problem?

For Visuals and UX, consider using larger or annotated images to show off important details. This will help draw attention to key points and reduce the cognitive load of the reader.

Great job! Continue your awesome work!

Thanks, Jonas for the comprehensive feedback! I will make the necessary changes to my case study based on your input!
Some of the feedback is my opinion, not the truth. So listen with one ear closed so speak; be a little bit punkrock. Don't listen to authority, not that I am an authority... but you know what I mean. Use my feedback to spark your own creativity and create something better than my suggestions. Show me who is the boss around these neighbourhoods! #youAre 😉
