The first thing that stands out, even in the thumbnails, is that the mockup contains repeated images. For a more visually appealing presentation, try using a variety of images, even if they aren’t the final ones.

I really like how you’ve handled the empty state by using an image of an empty pocket—it adds a playful touch to the situation. It’s creative and clever, especially since the empty pockets effectively symbolize the empty state page. However, it feels a bit too bold, and at first glance, it gives the impression that there’s already content. Try using a less prominent image to avoid this confusion.

I would suggest refining the use of white space, particularly within the cards. It might help to look at references of similar layouts to guide you in improving the overall composition. For a first iteration, you’ve done a lot of great work. I’d love to see another version with these adjustments so we can dive deeper into more detailed feedback in the next iteration.
