Summary:

We are seeking a Product Manager with strong experience in data and analytics and a background in the insurtech or benefits ecosystem. This role will focus on developing and enhancing data products, analytics capabilities, and insights delivery across our platform. You will translate business needs into well-defined product requirements, partner closely with engineering and data teams, and help drive data-driven value for carriers, brokers, and internal teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the data & analytics product roadmap, aligning with business strategy, customer needs, and company objectives.
  • Own day-to-day execution of data product initiatives—from requirements gathering through delivery and refinement.
  • Translate business and client needs into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria in partnership with product owners and data engineering teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and internal teams to support adoption of dashboards, reporting, and new insights and analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with product owners and data engineering teams to develop scalable data pipelines, reporting capabilities, and analytics features.
  • Monitor product performance, data accuracy, and usage metrics, recommending continuous improvements.
  • Stay informed on industry data standards, compliance requirements, and insurtech trends to ensure solutions remain aligned with evolving expectations.
  • Act as a subject matter resource for data & analytics across product and business teams.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of product management or related experience, with a focus on data, analytics, or data-driven platforms.
  • Experience in insurtech, healthtech, benefits administration, or related industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data concepts—including data structure, reporting/BI tools, and analytics workflows—and ability to partner effectively with technical teams.
  • Demonstrated experience defining and launching data products, dashboards, metrics, or data-driven workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work across business, engineering, and client-facing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with compliance and security considerations related to insurance and benefits data is a plus.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $130,000 to $140,000 per year.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
