Hover link state

Links should contain enough visual cues so that users can quickly determine if the element is interactive. Color, underlining, and a hand cursor are 3 key pillars to signify the strongest clickability. Make sure the arrow cursor immediately transitions to the pointer cursor when users hover over a link.
