Working as a product designer at Seedfi has broadened my knowledge about the importance of ethical lending for everyone. 

As a product designer at SeedFi, I 

- Work closely with the product managers to pinpoint users’ needs and aspirations, while taking into consideration the business’ goals. 

- Interpret user stories as drafted by the product managers 

- Turn user stories into usable interfaces that enhance user experience on the platform 

- Employ my user research skills to ensure our products are solving users’ problems 

- Communicate timely with the engineering team and demonstrate workflows and designs with the developers. 

In the space of 9 months of working at SeedFi, I have diligently worked on products for B2B as well as B2C. All of which are serving the purposes we intend them to serve.

And we keep iterating to ensure each product aligns with the industry demands and solves the problems of its users.

• Got in-depth knowledge of user interface principles
• Created a design system to enable the team to work smoothly on the project
• Worked closely with the User Experience track to create a user-centered product.
• The product we worked on is a decentralized crowdfunding platform. Where people can donate to different causes without any form of barrier

• Learned the basics of design process
• Got acquainted with Figma and Miro
• Actively performed in a team of junior designers who worked on a fictional project at the end of the training
• Learned first-hand the basics of effective teamwork
• Improved drastically on my soft skills
