While I'm pretty new to design, I have about six years of experience as a UX researcher and CX analyst. So, I'm very familiar with research methodologies and talking to people to find out their needs, combining that with business strategy and applying basic design principles. I'm looking forward to building my design skills so that I can use my creativity in more ways to help people accomplish their goals.
