Kim Schaefer

I'm a UX generalist with a heavy emphasis in user research. My skills span from user research/problem definition at any phase of product life cycle through interaction design and final UI mock-ups. I have experience working with design systems in an Agile environment. As a UX designer, my work experience has largely spanned the healthcare space (from specialty pharmacy to insurance to healthcare finance), but I pride myself on my ability to quickly learn subject matter and diving in to work. I have experience in the SaaS space where we worked to solve complex problems.
