Gabriel Guevara

With over a decade of experience in User Experience and Product Design, I lead the Product Design team at City National Bank, one of the most respected financial institutions in the US. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, and I am certified in UX Management and Enterprise Design Thinking.

My mission is to elevate the user-centered culture and processes within the organization, and to deliver high-quality digital products and services that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. I manage a team of 10 product designers across 3 different value streams, and I act as the Product Owner for the design scrum team. I have successfully restructured, grown, and established workflows and standards for the design team, resulting in increased efficiency, visibility, and influence. Previously, I was the Head of Design at Applaudo Studios, where I grew the design team from 12 to 21 members, and increased the number of simultaneous projects from 20 to 32. I am also passionate about teaching and mentorship, and I have been recognized as a Teacher of the Year for my college-level UX and UI Design courses.
