Tzuhsin Chou

I’ve been working in the education field since my university years in different organizations, from NGOs to English cram schools, and the last company I worked with focuses on college consulting. Although I've really excelled working as a program coordinator and customer success manager, I've been longing to want to work in a field where I could utilize my Psychology background. UX design really resonated with me because it intersects psychology, design, research, as well as the ability to make a social impact. I am now a Product designer in training. Growing up with increasingly better and faster technologies inventions, I've always noticed there are products that have good intentions and could potentially be so impactful, but have terrible user designs and poor user accessibility. My goal as a user designer is to create great and accessible UX design to expand the impact that these usable products could have, and also to help different people be able to access the great tools that are made available to them.
