The process I follow and that has helped me design utilitarian products is the double diamond approach- Discover, Define, Develop & Deliver. Usually the process changes as per project need. Throughout the years, have worked majorly with Fintech, E-commerce, data scientists, fashion houses, fintech and medtech products .
