Workshop Plan for Fitness App

I like this, I have never seen such a well-polished workshop plan, but from a UI perspective, it does feel a bit jarring. Having neuromorphic containers is pretty, but it does not really mesh with the rest of the content, given that it is far more flat.

For the actual content of your work that is lovely, but I would suggest to perhaps flesh out the initial top header section and making it more direct so that even if I did not scroll down to get this gist of what this project is about that header could give me everything I needed at a glance.

While the site has nice animations and nice work on the shadows (I was sceptical) I do not understand the first section, it should lead into the following workshops agenda in a cognitively understandable way. Maybe it's just me, but I spend a couple minutes trying to understand it, and I still don't. I got the idea of what you did only by scrolling down.
