I designed wireframe for Video Streaming service app with a fun feature: a Tinder-Like movie matching experience. The goal was to solve a common problem — the endless back-and-forth of deciding what to watch, especially for couples, friends, or roommates.

Key Objectives:

  1. Finding Movies Fast: Help users browse movies quickly through an intuitive swiping mechanism.
  2. Social Connection: Allow users to link accounts and find movies they both like.
  3. Easy Content Access: Ensure users can seamlessly watch, save, or revisit matched content.

Throughout this process I tried to balance functionality with emotional engagement — ensuring the app is not just useful but genuinely fun to use. By embracing familiar interaction patterns, in this case Swiping, and leaning into the social aspect of movie watching, with a feature that turns the frustrating decision-making process into an enjoyable shared experience.

Hey Gianni, I love these wireframes so much!

They are the right fidelity to send the concept across.

The annotations are a nice touch as well however I don't seem to understand how the user moves from the main screen to the second screen before the swiping begins.

Also a suggestion will be to add the movie genre and rating as well somewhere on the swiping screen. The description alone might not be enough to inform the swiping decision better.

Aside from these, solid work and I can't wait to see how to bring them into high fidelity designs.
