It looks like you did a lot of in depth research for this project! Awesome work.

Everything is pretty straightforward and looks decently polished and professional! You did a good job of describing your process and rationale.

The only things I'd suggest is maybe making the presentation a bit more scannable and cleaning up some of the word spacing on the personas themselves. I also would be interested in seeing some storyboarding or scenarios of the personas encountering frustrations in the user journey.

You did really thorough research and presented it nicely. Personally, I’d make the presentation slides a bit lighter, right now they contain a lot of content and quite a bit of reading. I’d suggest focusing on the key points and maybe spreading them across more slides, so the audience doesn’t have to process large amounts of information all at once.
