Usability Heuristic Evaluation Report: Airbnb (iOS App)
For my Usability Heuristic Evaluation Report on the Airbnb ios App, I chose Airbnb because it’s a widely used platform where seamless user experience is crucial. I conducted the evaluation using Jakob Nielsen’s 10 Usability Heuristics, systematically identifying usability issues that impact navigation, consistency, and error prevention. Each issue was precisely documented with screenshots to highlight problem areas. Based on my findings, I suggested for enhancing the user experience, ensuring that my recommendations align with usability best practices.
