The Node is a service design initiative aimed at reimagining the end-to-end customer journey for a modern co-working space, specifically targeting remote professionals who require enterprise-grade reliability.
While competitors like WeWork or Workbar focus on physical aesthetics, this project differentiates the brand by solving the primary anxiety of the digital nomad: Internet Reliability. The objective is to eliminate the friction between the Online Experience (booking, app usage) and the Physical Reality (actual connection speed, bandwidth stability).
