Sephora Heuristic Analysis

Hey Ava,

I really like the way you’ve structured the evaluation, starting with an overview of the heuristics and then going through each one individually. Including screenshots to help visualise your feedback works really well.

A few ways the evaluation could be improved:

• The layout could feel more polished overall. Aligning all text and images, using consistent margins across slides, and keeping title styles consistent throughout the presentation would make a big difference.
• Some of the critique feels a little vague in places. For example, in heuristic 8 you mention, “The information shown is not all relevant and clutters the interface.” It would be helpful to specify which information feels unnecessary.
• A summary slide at the end highlighting what’s working well and what could be improved would be a nice finishing touch.

Overall, this is a really insightful evaluation. Making these changes would help polish the work even further.
