Eden Design System
When I was hired as the first Product Designer at Crust, I was asked to lead the Design efforts.
The previous product which had been built and launched, had not been built with a Design System and so there was not much to begin with. It didn’t help that there was a brand new brand redesign and stakeholders were impatient to get out another product.
Eventually I recommended that we should hire a PD to assist and pay primary attention to the development of a design system. We named it Eden and here’s a summary of how we developed it.
