Align Personas with the Value Proposition
Create data-informed user personas and align product features to deliver targeted value propositions for each key segment.
The scenario
Use the scenario to understand the project context and what you’ll be working on.
A project management platform has grown organically over 3 years and now serves diverse customers from individual freelancers to enterprise teams. Feature requests are increasingly contradictory, and the team struggles to make cohesive decisions because "the user" has become too broadly defined. The product team needs to establish clear user personas based on actual usage data and customer research, then align existing and planned features with the specific needs of each segment.
