Cloze testing assesses whether users can grasp the intended message and take correct actions based on the text. This is essential for UX microcopy, as it confirms comprehension — a key aspect of content usability. In cloze testing, blanks replace words, and users fill them in. The copy is likely comprehensible if 60% or more answers are correct.[1]
