Visualizing user journey with scenarios and storyboards
Designing a product without a clear understanding of the user's journey is like directing a play without a script. That's why in UX design, we use scenarios and storyboards.
Scenarios are narrative descriptions of a user's interaction with a product, often represented from users' point of view. They help us imagine how users will navigate our design to fulfill their goals. Storyboards take this a step further by visualizing these scenarios like a comic strip. By showing the sequence of actions and the context, storyboards help identify pain points, opportunities for delight, and key interaction points in the user's journey.[1]
