About Mummi

Mummi is a next-generation wellness and self-improvement app for moms, designed to help them overcome postpartum depression, anxiety, and burnout through modern technology, psychology, and design.

Our mission is simple — to help moms feel like themselves again. The app combines AI-powered daily tasks, mood tracking, personalized recovery plans, audio summaries of famous books, sleep and energy analysis, and a supportive community of mothers around the world.

We believe that great design can change how people heal. Mummi isn’t just another wellness app — it’s an emotional, calm, and intelligent space that understands the user deeply.

What Inspires Our Design

We take inspiration from apps that blend psychology, clarity, and beauty:

  • Headway – for storytelling and illustration flow
  • Me+ – for simplicity and self-growth experience
  • Liven – for its elegant minimalism and smart use of animations
  • Stoic & Wiser – for emotional intelligence and guided reflections

Our visual language is minimal, feminine, soft, and Apple-like — gradients, subtle shadows, rounded corners, and smooth motion.

Your Role

We’re looking for a creative UI/UX & Product Designer who can turn emotion into interface — someone who understands how to design for the human mind, not just for the screen.

You will:

  • Redesign and evolve Mummi’s core app experience (home, paywall, onboarding, analytics dashboards, community, etc.)
  • Create 3 alternative homepage layouts for testing (as a test project)
  • Propose new features or UX improvements based on competitive analysis
  • Collaborate with the founders and engineers to deliver Figma-ready assets
  • Maintain a consistent design system, typography, and component library
  • Suggest micro-animations, transitions, and interactions that improve delight

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience
  • Strong Figma skills (components, auto layout, prototyping, variants)
  • Portfolio showing mobile app projects (wellness, productivity, or lifestyle apps preferred)
  • Understanding of user psychology, flow, and retention
  • Passion for building meaningful, emotion-driven digital experiences
  • A minimalist eye and understanding of modern mobile design patterns

Bonus points if you’ve worked with:

  • Animation tools (Rive, Lottie, After Effects)
  • SwiftUI or motion prototypes
  • AI-driven UX concepts

Test Task

As part of your application, we’d love to see your creativity in action: Redesign Mummi’s homepage (current layout and info will be provided) Deliver 3 variants within 24 hours — be bold, thoughtful, and emotionally intelligent. Here's the link of the figma draft: https://www.figma.com/design/WNV8rLxUrV6L8JLpiFsxjf/Mummi-UI%7CUX-task?node-id=0-1&t=8I6pqFtwk4adC7CT-1 - We would like you to download our app and see the onboarding process also if possible.

Why Join Mummi

You’ll be part of a fast-growing wellness startup with a vision to impact millions of moms worldwide. We move fast, experiment, and care deeply about beautiful design that changes lives.
