We’re looking for a driven individual with a passion for digital strategy, content, and go-to-market excellence to lead and elevate our product marketing of our connected cloud platform for homebuilders. This role will be responsible for owning our core product messaging, developing sales enablement content, product managing our website, and leading key feature launches with the product and engineering organization. What You’ll Do:

Sales Enablement & Product Content

  • Create and own a comprehensive library of sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, product decks, demo videos, etc, and use case documents to empower the sales team and help drive pipeline
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure product messaging is consistent and impactful across all channels.
  • Create scalable, persona-driven playbooks that can be used in both product education and targeted marketing campaigns to support pipeline generation
  • Manage cross-functional training sessions and workshops on new features, product updates, and positioning.

Feature Launches & Go-To-Market

  • Own and drive the go-to-market strategy for new product features and releases.
  • Create product positioning and key messaging frameworks that resonate with target personas and highlight product value.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through successful feature launches, coordinating with product, marketing, and sales to ensure aligned communication.
  • Craft compelling product narratives for use in all marketing channels, including website content, email campaigns, and PR.
  • Produce and repurpose product content into multiple formats to drive engagement across various digital platforms, including LinkedIn, email marketing, and webinars.
  • Help map and build out content strategies for various stages of the buyer journey to nurture leads and accelerate sales cycles.

Website Strategy & Optimization

  • Own the strategy and execution of the company website as a critical engagement and sales conversion tool.
  • Collaborate with product and designers to build engaging user experiences, optimize product pages, and manage product-related content.
  • Implement and manage on-page SEO strategies to enhance search engine visibility and organic traffic growth.
  • Lead testing initiatives and analyze web data to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates and user engagement.

Performance Tracking & Insights

  • Define and track KPIs to measure the success of product marketing initiatives.
  • Regularly review campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform go-to-market strategies and content direction.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, design, and content; direct experience in building sciences, design and architecture, or construction tech is required
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with an ability to distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives. Quality matters to you vs. pure speed.
  • Proven track record of creating impactful sales enablement content and launching successful features with a strong emphasis on multi-channel campaign execution
  • The ability to lead cross-functional groups to collaborate, organize, and execute high-quality, multi-channel projects end-to-end
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of website management, modern marketing tools, and CRM (e.g. Hubspot, Webflow, etc.)
  • Strong design sense and taste. You can effectively communicate and execute on a creative vision and know what great design and marketing looks like.
