What You’ll Own

  • Set the AI product vision & OKRs that ladder up to company goals.
  • Lead cross‑functional squads (AI/ML, Engineering, Design, Data) through discovery, delivery, and iteration.
  • Ship trustworthy AI features—from LLM‑powered copilots to personalized visualization and guided selling flows.

Prototype rapidly with tools like Cursor, Replit, or v0.dev to validate assumptions and accelerate learning.

  • Establish robust evaluation frameworks for agent performance, user engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Champion user‑centric design, safety, and transparency in every AI interaction.
  • Mentor and uplevel teammates on AI best practices and product thinking.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years shipping AI/ML or agentic products.
  • A track record of launching AI features at scale (agents, copilots, autonomous workflows) that moved key metrics.
  • Fluency with LLM orchestration, vector databases, and evaluation pipelines—enough to have informed opinions and drive trade‑offs.
